Any word if the bird closure is still in effect?

as of april 1, everything is open. i climbed there march 31 to april 2, and got ok'd by the rangers to access everything.

 

edit: there still is the 300-yard rule. I don't know all the specs, but I think it says not to climb within 300 yards of an active nest. I didn't see any nests, raptors, or signs pointing to nests.
