Hi ! I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but where can I find a recent tracklog of the standard route up Rainier in summer (Disappointment Cleaver) ? Thanks

Tracklog? You mean waypoints? Here is the link to the navigation between Paradise and Muir. This is a good start for what it seems like your asking.
