'Cause, I need a housemate, I've got a place off of Woodinville-Redmond Rd. in Redmond right off of 124th in the middle of an apple orchard. It's a big roundhouse that overlooks the valley with big windows all across one side. Rent is ridiculously cheap ($400) considering that I am surrounded on all sides by multi-million dollar mansions. Old laws only allow for one house per four acres so it is a country in the city type setting. Use the woodstove for heat and drink off well water so utilities are generally under $50 a month. It's gated from the road and if you help the landowner with chores you can get money off rent. My personal specifications for a housemate, are simple, respect, pay rent, be motivated, and if you're looking here I guess I don't have to be worried about living a life celebrating the outdoors.
