Cam Lube

Recently aquired a cam thats a little sticky. I know not to just spray WD-40 all over it. But what have you found that works the best?

White Lightening made for bike chains or Metolius Cam Lube are basically the same thing and work well. Make sure your cam is clean first. Clean using paint thinner or use detergent in warm water. Lube after allowing to dry. Remove excess.
