Dear Ice Park Members,

 

The web site www.ouaryicefestival.com is being updated weekly now, as we

prepare for Ice Fest 2008, Friday, Jan. 11, through Sunday, Jan. 13.

 

NOW is the time to get your memberships in place. You can use our website

www.ourayicepark.com and register on-line, or snail mail your check to PO

Box 1058, Ouray, CO 81427.

 

NOW is also the time to book your accommodations. To find lodging use the

resource link page at www.ourayicefestival.com.

 

THE CLINICS

 

San Juan Mountain Guides still has some openings for clinic participants,

register quickly before the remaining spots fill-up. You may access their

site through www.ourayicefestival.com on the clinic page, or by going to

www.ourayclimbing.com.

 

The Ice Park Rules pamphlet is complete; one will be included with your

membership card. If you purchase your membership while in Ouray, make sure

you receive a copy of this important document. The Ice Park staff will be

enforcing these simple common sense rules while you are in the park.

 

We now have NEW viewing stands for the competition and a welcome kiosk at

the high bridge. These are great improvements for both viewing and

relaxing prior to your climb.
