Immediate opening for Assistant Manager of American Alpine Institute's equipment shop and rental program.

 

Manage American Alpine Institute's equipment services, including:

 

- small retail shop specializing in rock climbing, ice climbing, and mountaineering gear

 

- rentals program

 

- international Guides Choice equipment testing program

 

- gear needs of AAI's guide staff which leads guided climbs and expeditions and teaches climbing courses in 6 states and 16 countries

 

Applicant must have a solid climbing background (ideally rock, ice, and glacier).
