Please see info below: Duties: *Coordinate the programs and oversee client bookings for AAI’s non-U.S. treks, climbs, courses, and expeditions in 15 countries. *Manage the year-round scheduling of 30 guides, both domestically and internationally. * Oversee AAI’s land use permits in four National Parks and eight National Forests. *Advise AAI’s executive director on international mountaineering programs, risk management, and human resource issues. * Participate as one member of an executive team in the hiring and training of staff, in strategic and operational planning, and in the design and completion of special projects.
