Spring Skiing/Climbing the Cascades

i am new to the pdx area. i have a fair bit of ski mountaineering experience in the sierras but havent been up anything in the northwest. i am interested in doing a bunch of skiing and climbing this spring/summer. looking for some people to ski/climb with. i work 8 days on 6 off so every other week i have sometime to get out for a few days.
