Alpine_Tom Posted February 15, 2001 Posted February 15, 2001 I noticed that REI has a mail-order-only "Spring Preview sale" going on the Lowe Netherworld 90 packs, for $150. The more I looked into it, the better they sound. Does anyone have any experience with this pack? It looks like exactly what I've been looking for: lots of room, big, (I'm 6'1") lots of pockets, and a much cheaper price than I'd hoped for, for a reputable name. The only downside I can see is that it doesn't appear to have two ice axe loops. Any opinions, anecdotes, friends of friends experiences appreciated. Thanks! Quote
Bronco Posted February 16, 2001 Posted February 16, 2001 I have recomended the Netherworld to a freind after carefully comparing it to my Lowe Crossbow 90. It should fit you no problem - the "APS" suspension is very adjustable. I have been very happy with my pack and use it for everything from day hikes to Mt. Rainier and don't really need 2 ice axe loops. Good Luck - Quote
