From Baghdad, With Love: A Marine, the War, and a Dog Named Lava

 

I just started reading this and being a dog owner and animal freak, I must say I am pretty stoked on it as a quality read. Even being written by an officer in the Marines it conveys some of the uselesness of the system and how it relates to something as simple as a puppy.

Great book if anyone gets the chance to scope it out.
