They are Waterproof and rated to 15F with leather-grip palms. Ordered an extra set of what was left at a close-out sale in the Women's Small, but these are a little too small for me. I'm borderline Men's Small/Medium in these gloves. I usually wear medium gloves in just about every brand so these may also fit a Mens Small. These retail at $59.00 but I'm selling them for what I paid and the price is negotiable.
