DanO Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 (edited) I have been thinking about buying one, Pros they are light weight and made in the USA. Cons, I wonder how warmlite tents do in mountaineering conditions, and they are expensive. Edited January 10, 2007 by DanO Quote
Couloir Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 William Stephenson, the new owner. Seems like a nice kid. I wonder if 'sis' will be demonstrating any of the new tent features in the nude. 8D Quote
mccallboater Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 I attempted a N Idaho Selkirk ski traverse in a 3R about 15 years ago. Great tent. Lots of room. With the inside wind stabilizers I thinkthey would hold up to anything Denali could throw at you. Be careful with venting though. The tent belonged to Rich Landers, of Spokesman Review fame. He might look at this forum occasionally and comment, especially now that I name dropped him. Rich? Quote
