Peter_Puget Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I went out to a short but interesting little cliff last weekend. Crunching through the snow wondered if I would see signs of any prior ascents. I arrived at the base and searched for any indication of previous climbing activity. Sadly the cliff was too broken up to ever be a fine crag. Most lines went from easy to impossible or were broken up by large ledges. One area of the crag did have a short but nice looking aid line. A short section up a detached flake (C1) lead to a body length roof split by a thin crack (A2 KB). Above the roof a right facing corner ended at a large ledge with a few trees. (1 hook and a head and then easy nutting) One crag down another thousand to explore… Quote
G-spotter Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 You could have drytooled that, then called it a free climb Quote
