It's called the "pneumatic" pullover.

I scored a different size which fits better, so selling the medium.

It's activent, so it's highly wind/water resistant - the front zipper goes two ways, so you can vent from the front,

or, get at something without overexposing your face to wind/rain.

2-way adjustable hood, velcro cuffs.

^^This is a GREAT piece that works perfectly with a softshell.

If I didn't get a small, I wouldn't be selling it.
