Ice Near Crater Lake?

I posted this question in another thread, but thought I'd try again. My In-Laws live in the Kalamath Basin just south of Crater Lake, is there any known Ice around there?

 

Crater Lake is pretty high in elevation, and I saw lots of Basalt cliffs from the road on the drive in, seemed like Ice was a possibilty, but I couldn't see any from the car.
