acme rigid cams

Any body held and squeezed one of these? or used one? Not interested in hearing about other cams, me gots lots of experience and lots of other cams, I was just noticing that they make one of these that is more than 1.5 inches in range bigger than a #4 Friend, going up to about 5.5 inches in the upper range.

I picked up a number 3 (number 1 bd more or less) in moab a few weeks ago upon realising i was a chicken even on hand cracks.

 

Metal parts are forged (I think...finish is textured) not milled like on nicer cams but action is good and places fine. Haven't fallen on it yet.

 

Pagan in moab stocks 'em. You could call them and ask for opinions. The guy there said they sold out quick.

i think Next Adventure in PDX has them for sale. Probably a lot like rigid friends.
