Anybody been up here lately? I'm thinking of attempting it this Sunday when the weather looks to be clearing a bit. I've not been near this area this winter or spring. Does anyone know what it looks like for snow/avi conditions?

Things might be more stable by Sunday, after two or three days of warm sunshine, followed by colder temps Saturday.

30-40 inches of new snow since Saturday. yeesh. I was up near Granite mtn this morning, and while there was some nice skiing, the sun was quickly turning the stuff there into two feet of heavy mush.

buddies of mine dug a rutschbloch on tues 5/1 at 5000' on a 30 degree slope near stevens on a north aspect and it released before they stepped on it!
