michaelnagle Posted May 11, 2005 Posted May 11, 2005 Anyone have any info on the Adams Glacier route or approach conditions from Killen creek? Coming out from NH on Memorial day weekend. Thanks Quote
TJD Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 (edited) If the weather dries [ Ha Ha ] It might be ok . I do not know the road conditions to Killen creek trail head. But I bet it will be open by Memorial Day. The problem lies in the route finding going up the trail, under feet of snow. I could be full of crap about the road. I do know just 2 weeks ago I went skiing at Mt Hood and it never got out of the 20,s the whole day and they had 5 ft of snow at 6,000 ft. Also with the heavy rains we have been having in South West Washington I would be worried about snow conditions if it warms up fast. Good luck! Edited May 12, 2005 by TJD Quote
