Looking for Room in Chelan/Wenatchee area

Looking for a room somewhere between Chelan and Wenatchee for the summer. Details:

- should be occupying room four to five days per month

- not for me, but for a friend/coworker that comes with great references

- fancy not needed.

- would be occupying May 1 thru Oct 31

- rent payments will not be a problem

- must have phone line to house or be in cell reception range (he's on call..."
