Tacoma Climbing Partner sought

I have recently moved up to Tacoma to take a new job. Now I am seeking 1 or 2 or a few regular/semiregular/occasional climbing partners. What sort of climbing you might ask. I enjoy a good alpine start, size doesn't really matter, though Rainier is a goal for this next summer. Last weekend was spent doing a partial traverse of the Tatoosh Range in knee deep snow. I enjoy trad rock climbing.. currently leading 5.6 but can follow 5.9 pretty easily, recovering from a hand injury last summer, so I should be improving shortly. The one problem in finding partners is my job involves working weekends and I'm usually off Monday and Tuesday. So if you're unemployed, that's OK, I have a car and gas.
