Exit 38 Parking Pass?

I haven't gone cragging there for a few years but was thinking about it soon. I heard that you now need a State Park pass. How are all you intrepid schemers getting around this one?

I believe it is for that parking lot that is at the Mount Washington trailhead. To get around that one just park on the pavement and walk 100 yards to the trailhead.
