Looking for Choss to Nail

I just moved to Oregon from the 'dirty south' and am looking for a place around Portland, OR where it'd be cool to work on placing pins and heads. Couldn't find info through searchs on cc.com or rc.com, and Lambone recommended I ask here. My goal here is to find a place to practice near Portland where I'm not going to mess up or piss off anyone.
