wallrat510 Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Got access pre-approved for climbing and putting up new routes from Ron Simons at Longview Fiber Company. He said as long as we stay clear of thier logging equipment there should be no problem. Contacted the Skykomish Ranger Station and they said as long as illegal dumping of garbage is under control, that road #62 stays open. More info at www.mrbills.org -Bill Quote
MisterMo Posted June 5, 2004 Posted June 5, 2004 Contacted the Skykomish Ranger Station and they said as long as illegal dumping of garbage is under control, that road #62 stays open. Happened upon a total pigsty up that road with the slobs present about a year ago. Got fairly pissed off about it all. Called Sky FS (per the sign at the highway) & ratted them out, license number and all. Got a totally "Who Cares, Thank you very much response" Maybe the FS could pitch in a little better on this issue? Anyhow...enjoy yer cliff... Quote
