  1. I couldn't find it either so I made up my own. Does anyoneone else want o come up with thier own version? If so let's hear it. On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me: Twelve quickdraws clipping Eleven tents a ripping. Ten jumars hauling. Nine belays a calling. Eight tendons popping. Seven gri-gris stopping. Six axes swinging. Five golden carabiners! Four pounds of chalk. Three wads of tape. Two bent pitons. And a year's worth of Climbing magazine.
  2. So does anybody remember the climber's version of it? I think it was posted once in an old Climbing mag because I remember the last verse as..And a year's worth of Climbing magazine.
  3. Here is a link to mrbills.org
  4. Take a few medium size hexes out to your car and find one that will stuff into one of those empty slots in your dash. Now put the lip an old chalk bag into the slot and use the hex to keep it wedged in there. Voila now you have another can holder for your favorite beverage! This works great!
  5. Got access pre-approved for climbing and putting up new routes from Ron Simons at Longview Fiber Company. He said as long as we stay clear of thier logging equipment there should be no problem. Contacted the Skykomish Ranger Station and they said as long as illegal dumping of garbage is under control, that road #62 stays open. More info at www.mrbills.org -Bill
  6. Spent some time today clearing a trail through the downed timber to make access to wall easier. Then continued to wire brush the wall in previous post. -Bill
  7. A new logging road past Gold Bar arrives almost at the base of this new climbing wall. Has anybody else ever been there? I've started working the walls and cleaning them. More info at www.mrbills.org
