Weighs about 1lb 9oz. The shell is nylon. Don't know exactly which type of nylon, but it is somewhat transparent (you can see the down feathers inside though it). It packs down to the size of half a loaf of bread. This is a very nice ultralight sleeping bag, but I need the $ for school & I probably won't use it much in the next few years anyway. It has always been stored unstuffed and has no stains, rips, broken zipper teeth, or smells. $125 plus shipping from 84109 (SLC, UT). I prefer paypal or money orders.
