Ed_Seedhouse Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 I have a mini-guide to this specatcular rock climbing area on Northern Vancouver Island on line at my personal website at http://members.shaw.ca/eseedhouse/wapiti/ Quote
lancegranite Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 This area sets a standard for what climbing can be. The folks put this out exemplify virtues that we all can learn from. Here it is, come and climb. Enjoy, respect, celebrate the spirit of climbing. From what I saw, they did not even post any grades. Quote

Well, one of these days I plan to chain Dave Lepard to a desk and get him to list the routes and grades and then put it up on the site on a page of it's own. However, grades actually are there if you look, just not a separate graded list. Quote
lancegranite Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 I like the idea of no numbers. It keeps us honest. Quote

lancegranite Posted December 1, 2003 Posted December 1, 2003 Ed, That is a thing of beauty... good job. Enjoyed the site, L. Granite Quote
ScottP Posted December 1, 2003 Posted December 1, 2003 That place reminds me of the head of Squire Creek, but with a logging road cut into it. Some nice looking rock, for sure. Quote
