More info: Location: South of Johannesburg Peak in the upper Cascade River drainage about 20 miles east of Marblemount. A portion of the fire is now in the Glacier Peak Wilderness Area. Mineral Park Fire is approaching the largest fire in size within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest since the mid or late 1960s.
