Peter_Puget Posted June 25, 2003 Posted June 25, 2003 I do not D/L music fro the internet but the last three CDs I purchased were directly from the "artist" themself on virtually undistributed labels. Maybe Sales are dropping because what the labels offer is poor. PP Quote
Ursa_Eagle Posted June 25, 2003 Posted June 25, 2003 Why don't the record companies actually give the music (or at least some of the profits) back to the bands who really need it? I buy CD's at shows and from smaller labels, where a more substantial part of the profits actually go to the artist themselves. Quote
