Nalgene bite valve reassembly

I disassembled the bite valve for cleaning and now I can't get the f**king thing back together correctly. Anyone want to take a digital pic how it should be assembled and post? (I'm being lazy and trying to avoid a trip down to the Rei.) I tried to find this information on the nalgene website, with no luck. I would think they would have a FAQ called, "How to get your f**king bite valve back together after cleaning."

 

And, yes, I did read the packaging that instructed me to look closely before disassembling the valve. Sigh.

Ok, nevermind. I figured it out. Duh.

 

The trick is to slide the tube over just the first two nubbins. I was trying to slide the tube all the way over the end of the black piece, and it just wasn't working.
