catbirdseat Posted June 18, 2003 Share Posted June 18, 2003 A red, 8 mm rope was found a stuck on the second pitch of Prusik West Ridge. It was jammed alongside a chock stone apparently when the party tried to pull it after rappelling. It is wrecked, but I was curious about what happened, mainly why anyone would rappel from that particular place. Was it too wet to do the 5.7 "unprotected slab"?
