The following was just stuffed in DFA's mailbox. It's written on a plain white piece of paper, apparently typewritten and photocopied. Here it is verbatim, all errors (and there are plenty) are sic:

 

I would like to bring to your attention college educated government drug trafficking and intrapment.

Some eight years ago I watched on national news with Ted Koppel about the FDA letting go of chemicals used to make meth.Shortley before then, the government cocain rolled in on Cully blv.I also read in the Portland Observer about a CIA crack plague, it also rolled into Portland. To get off the hook for the crack and cocain, the government of Gresham and news media said there was a 300% rise in rape in Gresham at the time the meth rolled in,after the crack and coke did,because whene you abuse crack coke and meth, it causes you to get sexually aroused,to leave the impression the crack and coke was'nt given to organized crime and trafficked in inner Northeast.

The government of Gresham and news media will say they where lied to about the meth, theyll say they where told it was a study to see if their aids propaganda was working or not.Hepatitis C is also propaganda.

All the people who are intraping organized crime are all from an assortment of colleges and universitys.

And both the republican and democratic parties where involved in this.

And now that they have a pattern of crack and coke and meth trafficking, its safe to say their trafficking tar herion also.

Please bring this to the attention of the mayors office.

 

If America is trafficking drugs, its safe to say their allies are doing it also.
