Cooper Spur conditions?

Trying to get an idea of whether Cooper Spur is still accessible this time of year. I just assumed it wouldn't be, but someone posted a photo on the Mountaineering subreddit of Leuthold Couloir which looked in pretty good shape. I tried calling the Zig Zag ranger station, but couldn't get through.

Definitely is still in-season. I don't know about access, but I saw an instagram post from the Mt Hood climbing rangers looking down it in what looked like good snow cover.
