gjsail Posted August 4, 2023 Posted August 4, 2023 McHale and Co Mountaineering Backpack. Believe its a Vintage Alpineer model. Royal Blue and Black nylon. Top pouch can attach in multiple positions depending on how much you are carrying. Top loading compartment and large zipper compartment on from. Sleeping bag holder and side pouches. I measure it a 42" tall at full extension and 48" circumference at the base. I don't know anything about mountaineering but am happy to try to answer any questions you might have or send you more photos. I see prices all over for this brand so not sure what its worth. Make me an offer Quote
Steve McGee Posted September 9, 2023 Posted September 9, 2023 You should provide three accurate measurements: Length from the top of the hip belt to the stabilizer strap buckle (that's the pull buckle that's attached to the pack with a strap to the shoulder strap) Length from the bottom of the hip belt to the stabilizer strap buckle Width between the shoulder straps at their peak. The main reason McHale packs cost so much is that they're custom fitted. Quote
