Mountain Hardwear EV 2 tent, new, $500

I have a brand new, unopened Mountain Hardwear EV 2 mountaineering tent (http://www.mountainhardwear.com/ev-2-%7C-842-%7C-none-887487428387.html). It was a warranty replacement for another MH tent I had that was discontinued. This is supposed to be one of the strongest expedition tents around, listed at 5 pounds 4 oz., retails for $700. I'm more of an old school double wall tent guy.
