joshgreen454 Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 (edited) Not sure if it is ok to post a vehicle here, so let me know and I will delete the ad if necessary.... I am selling my 1978 GMC 4x4/4wd van for $5000. I have a clear Oregon title and the tags are currently still good and the van runs/drives very well. It can be driven home, no need to trailer it back. It was converted to a true 4x4 with solid front axle by a company called Pathfinder. They fabricated an adapter and all the front suspension parts for their conversion. I replaced some of the wiring to the starter and the van has a new radiator hoses, ignition, water pump, thermostat and starter. There is a roof vent already installed and a custom trailer hitch (looks homemade, or maybe it was part of the Pathfinder conversion?). I stripped the van down and collected everything to make it into an adventure rig, but started on another project instead. Price includes van & all additional parts listed below. I can send more pictures if there is anything specific that you want to see, just let me know. Not really looking for trades, but would consider partial trades of 7-9k dual axle trailer, 44" tires, 60-80 gallon single phase air compressor. Specs: - Chevy 400 small block with aftermarket intake & Edelbrock carb & dual exhaust (2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers) - Turbo 350 automatic transmission - Ford NP205 transfer case with custom Pathfinder adapter & shifter - 8 lug Ford Dana 44 front axle with disc brakes (driver side diff) - 8 lug 14 bolt full floating rear axle with posi Additional parts: - (5) Firestone 265/75/R16 tires - Warn winch with control cable & mount - Aftermarket hitch (pulled from donor van) - Steering column (pulled from donor van) - (2) rear barn doors with good glass & painted to match - Sliding side door with good glass & painted to match - Driver door with good glass & painted to match - New weatherstriping for all doors (still sitting in box from LMC) - New marker/side lenses (still sitting in box) - (4) Captain chairs (2 matching sets) - nice heavy duty base brackets that swivel - Rear bench seat - Complete factory A/C set up (pulled from donor van) - Complete dash (pulled from donor van) - (3) Dog houses (engine covers) - Complete hydroboost brake set up (pulled from donor van) - Roof mounted A/C units (pulled from motorhome) - Propane heater (pulled from motorhome) I have a few boxes of misc hardware/bolts/handles/mirrors/etc that you can have as well. Finish building this please! Edited October 17, 2016 by joshgreen454 Quote
