I am looking to purchase either a North Face base camp duffel or a Patagonia black hole duffel. Either a size lg or xl would work. I live in the Seattle area if someone has one locally. Does anyone have preference/experience with either?

I'd be up for a try at the chimneys this weekend. Getting to th TH early on Sat AM would work. I haven't been up this route yet but would to finally give it a go

Hi! I'm looking for one or more partners for a Baker climb on June 26-28. The tentative plan starts by leaving Friday afternoon and making a high camp on Friday evening and an alpine start on Sat morning and returning to the car Sat evening. We could also get a regular start Saturday morning and make a second camp on Sat evening with a Sun morning alpine start. Either way, I would like to be back to Seattle before dinner on Sunday. Earlier this season I made an attempt on the Coleman/Demming route but turned back (9000ft) due to warm conditions. It would be cool to get back and finish the last few steps of this climb. I have glacier experience in Nepal and the Cascades including the Mountaineers Alpine course and recent (this season) summits of Mt. Adams and Mt St. Helens.
