hello folks out there. i have been having a burning, painful sensation in both hands for a number of years now. this happens pretty randomly, and only at night. i climb, and backcountry ski. the pole plant motion while touring seems to be the worst. ibuprofen does help. but i dont want to be dependant on it. any thoughts would be appreciated. thank you for your time. jonah
