  1. Thank you all for input. Vantage is looking like the best bet, we are trying to figure out if snow is the better option, but with the wind howling right now i am not sure. It is looking like sunshine wall will be the place to be. Thanks again
  2. I am new to the site so if this is the wrong place to post this, sorry, let me know and i will remove/repost....thanks. So it is a long weekend, it is rainy here in seattle, and i am not overly excited about the snow so i am leaning more towards rock climbing. I am new here, and not super familiar of the where to try to climb around the PNW in the winter theme, but trying to learn. So my question is anyone have ideas of where to head within say 5+/- hrs of seattle which might be climbable?? Vantage is not looking great, neither is smith, or eire, but also perhaps i am not familiar enough with reading the weather here ( i am coming from the desert, so it is a little different with precipitation from here). Any helpful suggestions, or ideas would be greatly appreciated, and again if this is the wrong place to post please let me know. thanks

  4. Link to post on mountainproject with pictures: http://mountainproject.com/v/bunch-of-gear-for-sale/107459237 I have been going through my gear and have found a few pairs of shoes that i have had for a while, and don't wear. The only reason for selling them is that i don't use them. Nothing is wrong with them, they have been kept dry and out of sun and if there is any wear i will mention it. If you are in seattle, can do a pick up otherwise shipping will be cost, or i can do a flat rate box etc. If interested drop me a line, paypal would be ideal. Shoes are: Mythos purple size 44 like new SOLD have been worn once, no wear, inside immaculate as is toe rubber $70 obo Green 5.10 shoes, not sure of name, call them the Kermits never worn. size 10 1/2, on the heel of one shoe it says 10 but every where else it says 10 1/2 (on the tongue, side and as you can see in the photo they are the same size). These shoes are super comfy, extra ankle protection, great long day or wide crack shoe $40 obo La Sportiva red/gray again can't remember the name. size 44 1/2 worn 2 maybe 3 times, tiny bit of wear on toe, would say 97% still left, inside immaculate, very comfy shoe, again a good all day shoe or wider cracks. $60 obo Guide Tennies size 11.5 These are the older narrow(ish) toe box design, they are worn, still have plenty of life left, a little toe rubber delam as always with them, it is only a tiny bit, a little glue will fix that, i can do it, but i would rather let you see them as is, with no repair so there is no wondering. Octapod grip on sole is all there, as i said a little wear mostly under the big toe area. $40 obo SOLD ---Anasazi velcro size 10 They have been worn a few times, basically new, just no matter how hard i try they just don't fit. $50 OBO Shoe is in great shape, a little wear on toe but i would say 85% left at least. Mad rock Phoenix size 10 1/2 brand new Tried on, never climbed in. $35 obo La Sportiva Cirque Pro size 44.5 used, still lots of life left in them, the red soil in from the creek, and will wash off easily. $45 obo Also have this nice little Peak 1 micro stove, it is used, worked last time i used it, it has not been used in a few years. Screws onto tanks. Make an offer, buy a couple shoes and i will throw it in. If you know the names of the shoes that i don't let me know and i will correct them, if the prices are unfair let me know and i will rethink them etc thanks pictures will be up in a few
