So i have an older set of tools and had the great idea of using my pipe bender (yes, the one you could use for car exhaust) and change the angle of my ice tool handles. I was stoked after the doing the first. I thought I was on my way of saving about $200. However, when attempting the second, the aluminum handle was uncooperative and snapped. So if you have a pipe bender, I encourage you to keep your tools as far away as possible. Definitely NOT a good idea.
