Has anyone had any experience with this shovel blade? I am mostly interested in knowing its compatibility with different axes (e.g. BD Raven and CAMP Corsa). It's interesting that it is hard to find in the US.

Hey, nice to see you guys on the top on Sunday, and thanks for taking pictures for us. Didn't know you were from Corvallis. I lived there for 6 years! We had a long descent via White Water Glacier and was able to get back to camp right before dark.

I'm going this weekend. Considering doing some scramble around the area. I'm doing Dragontail and Colchuck one day, Little Annapurna and Witches tower the second. How are the conditions now? crampons/ice ax needed? Thanks.

It's time for my wife to retire her old La Sportiva Glacier, which are not that great with regard to water-proofness. They are pretty much worn out anyway. We are looking for something either with Gore-Tex lining or plastic. Her problem is, however, she has very small feet (EU 36). Most women's boots start with 37 (Scarpa Charmoz, e.g.). Any recommendations? Thanks.
