  1. NY wasn't in condition to our tastes, but I suppose it depends on how much you like dry tooling. Don't bother taking screws right now...
  2. Moved to Alpine Lakes TRs
  3. Awesome! Thanks very much for the info. A great help.
  4. This is an older Feathered Friends bag I purchased but does not suit my needs. I contacted FF about the bag, and they do not have older serial number records and could not tell me more about the bag. It is in perfect condition, and the previous owner claimed it had never been used. The model is not legible, but the rating is -20, with a two ounce overfill, left zip. It does not have a draft collar. It feels like a gore-tex fabric, but I forgot to ask FF what the P-BHAL is. P suggests pertex to me, maybe with a coating? I'll try to find out. Made with 750 fill down and the weight is 4.4 lbs. Nice bag, just not what I want. Comes with stuff sack and storage bag. Asking $400. I'm in Bellingham, and will ship at actual shipping cost, or you can pick it up. I'm on ebay as lbrwhat if you want to check my seller rating.
  5. Sportiva Trangos , vipers, Scarpa alphas, ATC and MSR pot are spoken for...

  18. Waaay overshot my budget this winter, so here goes everything Pair of BD Cobra ice tools, used about half a dozen times. A few light scratches and three small dings on the hammer. Picks are well cared for. $450 for the pair. I'll meet you halfway if you want to inspect them afore you buy, but please be serious. BD Chaos harness, size L, brand spankin' NEW. I bought the wrong size. BD says it's their most comfortable harness. $40 Six and a half BD hotwire quickdraws. Some of the biners sat on my rack as spares and are a bit scratched, but none of them were ever used. The dogbones are brand new and unused 10cm spectra. $80 for the lot. Two pair of shoes! Neither pair smells. 5.10 Mocassyms, US sz 9, little used. They're just too damn tight. I also own a pair of 10s, hence the written number. Edges in very good shape. $30 Sportiva Cobras, 41.5 (US 8.5) older and used a bit more, edges are a bit rounded but still lots of rubber. $25 My ebay user name is lbrwhat if you want to check my ratings there. I'm in Bellingham. PM me if you're interested in anything or have questions. Thanks, Lewis
  19. I think there are a ton of potential lines between the NE butt and the NW rib. Sadly, the snow isn't consolidating into good ice in the corners at the moment, but if yer looking for some good moderate climbing to dull your crampons on, it's great. As I remember it, Stani, you used more micronuts than anything. Cracks tended to be pretty small. There also appear to be some cool looking pure ice and mixed lines closer to the ski area. Haven't scoped them out up close yet.
  20. Found an axe and nalgene bottle at the bivy site just over the notch above Thornton Lakes on the way to NW ridge of Triumph. Call or email to ID. Lewis at lbrwhat@yahoo.com or 360-255-155.
  21. **WARNING!!** Suiattle river road is CLOSED above mile 12! Forest Service gave me a $250 ticket for parking above the barricade at the washout. Just because there's a road doesn't mean you should take it, I guess... _________________________
  22. Found a pair of Marker leather palm gloves on Downey Creek trail on the descent from Ptarmigan traverse/Dome peak. Call Lewis at 360.255.1555 to ID.
  23. For Sale: 13 Black Diamond Hotwire grey anodized biners, bought as spare biners and only 4 used (and lightly at that). The other 9 sat in my haul bag and are pretty much pristine. I deliberately left the pic file size large so you can blow it up and check 'em out. The 4 on the left are the used ones. These would retail for $108. $75 gets them shipped to you, unless you live on the east coast or something (why are you on this site then?) I would prefer paypal or cash if you're local (Bellingham) but will consider other payment options. Da Shpeil: The extremely versatile Black Diamond HotWire Carabiner has become one of the most popular 'biners around. The wire gate design allows you to clip easily, doesn't freeze like a solid gate, and helps reach a low weight of 1.6 ounces/ 45 grams. Major Axis Strength: 25kN (5620lbf) Minor Axis Strength: 7kN (1574lbf) Open Gate Strength: 9kN (2023lbf) PM me if you're interested. Thanks, lewis
