    My friend found a rope, rope bag and helmet down by gasworks park in Seattle that had been sitting by an apartment building for over a day. He was thinking it was possibly stolen and discarded when the thief realized the bag had a rope. Email to identify:

    I guess I should also say that I would prefer to sell it locally in the Seattle area so that I don't have to deal with shipping and payment. If no one wants it in Seattle, I'd be willing to ship. I'll also specify the size when I know better, but Cilogear didn't answer their phone so I sent them an email requesting measurements.

    Lost Rope at Index LTW

    Hi,

     

    A group of us were climbing around the lower town wall and may have left a blue Sterling 9.7mm rope in a red metolious rope bag. I think it would have been at the bottom of Godzilla or City Park, but may have been moved elsewhere.

    I cleaned your cam today and am more than happy to get it back to you, no charge since it'll be my good deed for the week. Always happy to reunite a climber with their long lost gear. It's still in good shape I live in Seattle and work in the U District tomorrow and should be around locally the rest of the week. I'll PM you my contact info.

    I've been a fan of the Western Heritage Inn. They have a hot tub and sauna, which is awesome after climbing, and free breakfast. The breakfast is buffet style and isn't the greatest in the world, but it's free, OK, there's plenty of it and you can Fred Beckey some PB & J and bagels for lunch. I've stayed there for $50-60 a night for two beds. If you find a cheap rate at Expedia or some other website, call WHI direct and they'll match it to cut out the middle man.

    While I have a bunch of free time waiting for my hand to heal, I decided to get rid of a lot of the gear I don't use.

     

    SOLD 8 Brand new BD Hexes with a couple of old SMC chocks thrown in $40

    SOLD 4 Titanium Ice screws. 2 I bought years ago new and never used, 2 I bought used $30 for all

     

    SOLD 4 BD Turbo Ice Screws. 22cm, 16cm and two 13cm. I've used the 22 to make a couple of V Threads and may have placed the 16 before, but all look new. $20ea
