I highly recommend the OR Super Couloir glove. It's basically the softshell Vert glove as the liner, with an primaloft-insulated gore-tex outer shell. The last few seasons I've used a similar glove from OR, both have been great for backcountry skiing/ski mountaineering.

Reminds me of Rodney Dangerfield's golf bag in Caddyshack.
