No renters insurance. Ironically i didn't think i could afford it. It was stolen from in front of my house on N Oakes over by the University of Puget Sound.

After returning from a Smith Rocks Trip a couple days ago my car was stolen with a bit of climbing and camping gear from right in front of my house. I need to stop looking at this list because it is making me rather depressed. I guess they are all just material possessions but i happen to be quite attached to many of my material possesions. To look on the rather cloudy bright side, at least I have most of my skiing, mountain, and ice gear. I can still play in the winter...as long as i can get a ride. if anyone sees any of my gear please let me know here as soon as you can. Thank you so much

Plaidman, I feel your pain. After returning late from a trip to Smith a couple days ago I decided to unpack in the morning. In the morning my car was gone and with it a substantial amount of gear. The 98 subaru outback(457 UMH if anyone sees it)is fully insured but i don't have renters insurance so i get screwed on everything that was inside. I will also put up my lost items list in the gear section so if someone spots it please let me know. I am currently trying to decide if i will use the car insurance money to buy a car or replace my gear........ Notes to self(and others) #1 Renters insurance, maybe a good thing. #2 Never be too tired to unpack. #3 Don't ever park your car in Tacoma.
