Actually, this is Kiki Stockhammer from Star Trek-themed rock band Warp 11. These photos were taken at a Halloween concert, and since the band normally wears Trek uniforms to shows, they thought for Halloween they should dress up... hence Kiki dressed up as Darth Maulette. Warp 11
