[Conditions on Brown Mtn. in Southern Cascades?]

I was thinking of trying to skin up Brown Mountain (from 140) this week to get a few turns in. Anyone know if there's enough snow covering the rocks up there?

Did anyone go up? How were the conditions? Is it in good shape for beginners right now?

[Mt. Adams mazama glacier conditions?]

Does anyone have any recent info on the conditions of mazama glacier on mt. adams? I am thinking of going up this weekend with a friend as an alternative to south side route. We both have some glacier travel experience, but it would be our first trip without more experienced folks along, so we're wondering if the route right now is as straightforward as the books and posters here say.

[Where to find trail conditions for OR and WA?]

Are there any good resources to find out current trail conditions (eg. snow level) for southern WA and the Oregon cascades?

 

I was thinking of heading up to McNeil Shelter on Mt. Hood this weekend, and was wondering when I'll hit snow.
