I'm wondering how you naysayers know how long said bad-English-speaking immigrants have been here, and how hard they may have worked or not worked to learn English. It certainly can't be from asking them if their English is not very good!

Well, for one thing, we don't have a national language here....and for another, we've always welcomed immigrants with fairly open arms. In fact most of us descended from immigrants who may or may not have spoken English as their first language (mine didn't), it's just that we've been here longer than others.
Sure, it's frustrating to talk with someone who is not a native English speaker, and sure, most of us here in the USA are native English speakers, but heck, have a little patience and tolerance, and all will be well in the world.
PS. Walmart is icky.

Hey can you let me know if you see the magazine on the rack? Black and white Ira Spring on the cover and blue banner this month. I have a feature in there and some lady in the map department is telling people that the store doesn't carry the magazine any more.

The spray-on Revivex works great. Spendy, yes, but cheaper that buying a new piece.
The problem with the wash-in kind is that it coats both sides of the material and allegedly some breathability is lost.

Ladies, try a decomissioned PackTowl in a ziploc bag. It's ergonmically correct.
Gents, my penis-enhanced cohorts tell me that having a bottle of another shape (like the square lexan Nalgene for example) is helpful. Square bottle=pee, round bottle=everything else.
