I was baffled and left a bail biner a couple of weeks ago. Felt very difficult. I attempted to go right and was stymied that way also. I either need good beta or (preferably) a rope gun. Cheers.

What months can I drive all the way to the crag? I made the hike in two different directions (as found in Yoder's guide) and found the quality of climbing barely worth the hike (at least for my belayer, anyway). Also, is the Tenino climbing area listed in Smoot's book? How long does it take (car and then hike) to get from Puyallup? Thanks for any information. P.S. I thought I was the only soul who puts themselves to sleep by mentally climbing my latest favorite.

Any climbing near La Pine? I know that plenty of rim-rock exists in the area. I would prefer not to drive to Smith. Suggestions?
