We are both doing AAI's alpine ice climbing 6 day course form August 7-12, so hopefully we will be somewhat competent with glacier mountaineering, but we would love to find a third person to rope up with. Yes I'm very serious about climbing Rainier through Disappointment Cleaver. If you guys are definitely going I would gladly drive up there to meet you that weekend. I have all my own gear.
