From BD: The Solaris rechargeable headlamp is Black Diamond Equipment's brightest, designed for SAR and professional guides. This option-driven headlamp offers multiple charging choices, multiple beam settings, and multiple lens colors. Four SuperBright LEDs are great to save juice and illuminate small areas, while one xenon search light serves for ultra-long-range use. PRO's - Lightly used and works just fine. Lens is clear and scratch free as is the housing. The elastic adjustable headband is in great shape. Uses a rechargeable battery or 4, 2AA's, standard or rechargeable. Con's - The wall charger for the included Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery has gone missing. It is 8.4 volts and a charger of this sort can be found online, at thrift stores or you may already have one. Apple and Garmin are typically 5 volts, at 1 amp.
